Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/3 c. frozen mango

  • 1/4 c. frozen passionfruit

  • 1 pitted date

  • 1/2 c. orange juice

  • 1/2 c. greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 2 T. raw cashews (soaked if you have time)

Instructions

  1. Put it in the blender and blend until no more chunks remain!

Sprouts has the best frozen fruit IMO. Good selection at a good price point!
