Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 T. shortening
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- salt
Instructions
- Mix chili powder and flour with a little water.
- Add other ingredients and simmer unti thick.
- Construct enchiladas using Laun Taco meat mixed with cheese.
- Place a slice of cheese on each enchilada and cover with sauce.
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
- Sauce:
