Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 1/2 large red onion
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1/2 seeded, chopped japapeno
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lime, juiced (use a juicy lime)
Instructions
- Chop, toss and then place in refrigerator for a few hours.
- Toss occasionally to blend flavors.
- Serve on top of burgers or with chips.
