Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 2 t. minced garlic
  • 1/2 seeded, chopped japapeno
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced (use a juicy lime)

Instructions

  1. Chop, toss and then place in refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Toss occasionally to blend flavors.
  3. Serve on top of burgers or with chips.
