Ingredients

  • 2 c. (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1-1/2 t. minced fresh parsley or 1/2 t. dried parsley flakes
  • 30 slices snack rye bread

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Spread a rounded tablespoonful over each slice of bread.
  3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 450°For 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Yield: 2-1/2 dozen.
