Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package corn tortillas cut into one inch strips
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 small can of green chili salsa mild
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in foil with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 350°For one hour.
  3. Put drippings of chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Combine soup, sauce, milk and onion.
  5. Mix but do not cook.
  6. Alternate layers of chicken tortillas as sauce
  7. Top with grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese
  8. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300.
