Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. fresh coconut milk
  • 5 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour (Swans Down)
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 5 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour, alternating with milk.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Fold in egg whites last.
  5. Bake at 350°For 25 minutes.
  6. Frost with 7 minute icing.
  7. Dust with grated coconut.
