Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted in a 9 x 9 pan
  • 1-16 oz. Canned creamed corn
  • 1-8 1/2 oz. Box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T. Sugar (may be eliminated)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 9x13 pan containing melted butter.
  3. Bake 375° 30 to 40 min

Notes


I double this for a 9 x 13 pan and add to half of it, 1/2 can of 3-4 oz. jalapeno peppers.

    When I make this now, I double it and I use one can of cream corn, and one can of corn. I had one 4 ounce can of green chilies for each box unless people like spicy then I use jalapeños.
