Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted in a 9 x 9 pan
- 1-16 oz. Canned creamed corn
- 1-8 1/2 oz. Box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T. Sugar (may be eliminated)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Pour into 9x13 pan containing melted butter.
- Bake 375° 30 to 40 min
Notes
I double this for a 9 x 13 pan and add to half of it, 1/2 can of 3-4 oz. jalapeno peppers.

When I make this now, I double it and I use one can of cream corn, and one can of corn. I had one 4 ounce can of green chilies for each box unless people like spicy then I use jalapeños.
