Huckleberry Coffeecake

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Add then 1/2 c. milk and 1 egg
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. huckleberries
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, softened (or if firm, use pastry blender to cut in)
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
Instructions
- In blender, add butter (melted), sugar, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, nutmeg.
- After combined, add flour.
- Fold in huckleberries.
- Place in round or 9x9 greased and floures cake pan.
- In a bowl, cut butter into topping ingredients. Add to top of cake.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
