Ingredients

  • 3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1cup water
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 10 jalapeƱos (finely chopped),
  • 1 green pepper (finely chopped),
  • 3 T. lime juice,
  • 1 package Certo regular pectin.

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together and bring to rolling boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into hot sterilized jars and process in your normal way.
  3. Note: magali had limes! So we substituted lime juice for the water.
  4. Used 7 jalapenos seeded and 4 habaneros seeded.
  5. Did not have green pepper so we used a beautiful red pepper.
  6. Looks pretty for the holidays! I might add 1/2 cup small diced red onion!
