Ingredients

  • 1 large box lemon jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cool water
  • small cal crushed pineapple, don't drain
  • 3 bananas, slices
  • miniature marshmallows
  • topping
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. reserved pineapple juice
  • Cool whip

Instructions

  1. Make jello and add bananas and pineapple.
  2. Top with marshmallors
  3. Cool.
  4. When set, make topping and spread on top of chilled jello.
  5. Top with Cool Whip.
