Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (save liquid)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, #2 size, chopped (1 Lb. 4 oz)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 24 soda crackers, crushed
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute hearts in the jar of juice.
  2. Add onions.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix by hand the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Add to first mixture.
  6. Please in buttered 9 x 12 pyrex dish.
  7. Bake at 325°For 45 minutes.
  8. Cool, cut into 1 inch squares.
