Ingredients

  • 1 T. Major Grey's Chutney
  • 1/2 T. sugar
  • 1 T. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 T. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 t. chili powder
  • 1/2 t. chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. red onion, minced
  • 1/2 lb. frozen blackberries
  • 2 T. purchased BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Puree frozen blackberries in food processor until smooth.
  2. Strain through fine sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
  5. Add blackberries and blend thoroughly.

Notes


Frozen blackberries work better than fresh in this recipe.
