Ingredients
- 2 Sticks butter
- 1 1/4 c. Peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1 lb. Powdered sugar
- 12 oz. Chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1/2 bar of Paraffin (it comes 4 bars to box)
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in powdered sugar and peanut butter.
- Roll into 1" balls (on cookie sheet) and refrigerate 1 hr.
- Melt chocolate and wax over double boiler.
- Keep warm.
- With a toothpick, dip each ball only 3/4 into chocolate mixture.
- Place on wax paper.
- With a dab of water on finger, cover toothpick hole.
- If desired, they can be frozen and defrosted as needed.
