Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1 c. Whole Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 T. Melted/Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Heat cast iron popover pan containing 1/4 tsp. oil in each compartment.
- Heat pan in 450 degree oven until sizzling.
- While pan is heating, mix all ingredients into smooth batter.
- When pan is ready, fill cups 1/2 full with batter.
- Bake (no peeking) at 450° for 20 minutes.
- Lower oven temperature to 350 and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with butter and jam asap.
