Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk (fat free)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar (she uses Splenda)
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 yellow cake mix (can use the Duncan Hines reduced sugar)
Instructions
- Combine it all and place in a 8 x 8 or small oblong pan.
- Sprinkle yellow cake mix on the top and melt a cube of butter to sprinkle over the cake mix.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350.
- (Made top with sliced almonds too.)
