Pumpkin Pie “Magnum cum laude”

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 small can of milk and add whole milk to make 1/2 c.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and beat with beater until well mixed.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 325° to bake till done (toothpick comes out clean)
