Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 t. Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz. Clam Nectar
  • 1 t. Worcester
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 t. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. Shrimp (in shell)...or firm fish ...salmon, halibut

Instructions

  1. In large skillet melt butter & cook garlic for one minute.
  2. Add rest of ingredients except shrimp.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add shrimp, decrease heat, simmer (covered) approx. 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
  5. Serve with French or Italian bread.
