Ingredients
- Fresh spinach
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 8 pieces crisp bacon
- 4-5 hard boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
- 1 small red onion, chopped or sliced thin
- 8 oz. Muenster cheese, grated
Instructions
- Layer incredients in a salad bowl (clear glass is good.) Cover with a layer if Miracle Whip.
- Chill.
- Toss 10 minutes before serving.
