  • barbeque sauce

Instructions

  1. Years ago, I read this Sunset recipe for making great chicken.
  2. Broil chicken pieces for 15-20 minutes (farily close to heat source).
  3. Turn over and broil 15 minutes longer.
  4. then add barbeque sauce as you wish.
  5. Turn the broiler off and the oven on.
  6. Pour water into the broiler pan and bake 15 more minutes.
  7. Tender and yummy! But be careful when you remove the pan from the over..DO NOT FORGET that there is hot water in there!
