  1. Taylor's roasting guidelines:
  2. Filet butts or whole tenderloin: 450 for 30 minutes
  3. Top sirloins: 350 for 2 hours 15 mins.
  4. Denver. sirloin tip. eye of round. melon cut: 350 degrees
  5. .....rare 18-20 min per pound (thermo reads 140)
  6. ......medium 20-22 per pound (thermo reads 160)
  7. .....well 22-25 per pound (thermo reads 170)
  8. Cooking tip: all roasts sould be brought to room temperature before cooking.
