Tosi Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon... dry active or rapid rise yeast (1/2 teaspoon fresh yeast)
- 2 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 5 cups bread flour
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- cornmeal
Instructions
- Bloom the yeast in the warm water for 5 minutes
- Add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until it comes together.
- Knead by hand for 7 minutes (more if needed)
- Split dough into 4.
- Line 4 bowls with olive oil. Form each dough section into a ball by pinching sides along bottom. Dip the top into the bowl to get oil on it, then place into bowl seam side down.
- Cover with saran and let rise 2-3 hours.
- Make sure your pizza stone is in the oven and pre-heat to 550°.
- Top with desired sauce/cheese/toppings!
- Bake 7-9 minutes!
