Ingredients

  • Alouette Baby Brie Round (I bought at Costco)
  • 4 T. butter
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans (I bought the candied pecans from TJoe's)
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Alouette Baby Brie Round, Original

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it foams, add the nuts and saut? until browned (or if you use the candied pecans just stir around for a minute), add the brown sugar and mix until dissolved.
  3. Do not burn.
  4. Carefully remove the white rind from the top of the Alouette Baby Brie.
  5. Arrange the nuts on the top of the cheese.
  6. Transfer to an oven-proof serving dish and bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve with crackers/baquette.
