Ingredients

  • 3 Mashed over ripe bananas
  • 3/4 C. Brown sugar
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 1 C. Flour
  • 1 C. Oat Bran
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. Baking Soda
  • 1 C. Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pour mixed ingredients into greased bread pan....Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
