Blueberry Muffin Mix Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 1/4 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 can blueberries (enclosed), drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Prep 20 min
- Total Time 30 min
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, oats, almonds, cranberries, butter and egg until well blended.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Press down slightly.
- Bake 9-11 minutes.
- Makes 18 cookies
