Carrot cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Frosting
- 11 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cake – Blend eggs, sugar and oil with mixer
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add to mixture and Blend
- Add carrots pineapple and nuts and stir by hand
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes
- Frosting – Blend well
