Cake2 eggs3/4 cup sugar2/3 cup oil1 cup flour1 t baking soda1 t baking powder1 t cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup grated carrots1/2 cup crushed pineapple1/2 cup nutsFrosting11 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter1 t vanilla1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
CakeBlend eggs, sugar and oil with mixerMix dry ingredientsAdd to mixture and BlendAdd carrots pineapple and nuts and stir by handBake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutesFrostingBlend well preprocess
