C&H Classic Buttercream Frosting Recipe
Yields about 3 cups (enough for a two-layer 8 or 9-inch cake or about 30 cupcakes).

Ingredients
3 ¾ cups C&H Powdered Sugar (this is roughly 1 box or 1 lb)
½ cup (1 stick) Butter, room tempurature
3 to 4 tablespoons Milk or Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Cream the Butter: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer at low speed until smooth.
Combine: Gradually add the (Sifted) powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt
Whip: Beat at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the frosting is light and creamy.
Adjust: If it's too thick, add more milk (one teaspoon at a time). If it's too thin, add a little more powdered sugar.
