Daily Smoo
Serves 1 – just 2x or 3x if you need more!

Ingredients
1/2 c. soy milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 c. frozen mango
1/4 c. frozen passionfruit
1 pitted date
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
2 T. raw cashews (soaked if you have time)
Instructions
Put it in the blender and blend until no more chunks remain!
Notes
Sprouts has the best frozen fruit IMO. Good selection at a good price point!
