Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 T. shortening
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder and flour with a little water.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer unti thick.
  3. Construct enchiladas using Laun Taco meat mixed with cheese.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each enchilada and cover with sauce.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
