Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Hamburger
- 2 cups ground onion
- 3 tsps. Chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups tomato pulp
- 2 tbsp shortening
- 1/2 lb cheese
- tortillas
- Sauce:
- 2 T. Red chili powder
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 2 onions, ground very fine
- salt
Instructions
- Mix chili powder and flour with a little water, add other ingredients and simmer until thick.
- Always put plenty of sauce on top of enchilladas when serving.
