Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ozs.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise-style salad dressing
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (4oz.) green chilis
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T sliced green onions
  • 2 T chopped tomatoes
  • .

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except green onions and tomatoes until blended.
  2. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven to 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle wiht green onions and tomatoes.
  5. Serve with crackers or chips.
