Ingredients

  • 2 C. Jiffy or Bisquick Mix
  • 2/3 C. Sugar
  • 1 Egg - Slightly beaten
  • 1/3 C. Milk
  • 4 T. Soft Shortening
  • 1 t. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Drop on greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Bake 350°For 8 to 10 minutes.
