Instructions
- Press in 9 x 13 pan:
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c. softened butter
- Dash of salt
- Bake at 350 - 20-25 minutes until lightly brown
- Filling:
- Beat 4 eggs
- Mix 2 c sugar and 1/3 c. lemon juice or the juice of one large lemon
- Add: 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. grated lemon zest
- Pour over warm crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
