Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs, beat in one at a time
  • grated lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Bake 35 minutes (325 for glass pan; 350 for aluminum)
  2. then prick top of the cake with a tooth pick or skewer
  3. Add glaze
  4. 1/4 c. lemon juice
  5. 1 cup confectioners sugar
  6. lemon peel, grated
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
