Ingredients

  • for 40 servings
  • 2 12-ounce cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 quarts (8 cups) sparkling apple juice, apple cider, or ginger ale
  • 3 750-ml. bottles (about 10 cups) champagne

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients well before mixing.
  2. Scoop the orange juice concentrate into a punch bowl.
  3. Stir to soften.
  4. Stir in the club soda.
  5. Add the champagne and stir gently.
  6. Float an ice mold.
  7. Serve immediately.
