Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 lb. Uncooked fine noodles
  • 2 C. Uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cans Campbells onion soup
  • 21 1/2 oz. Chicken broth
  • 1 t. Soy Sauce
  • 1 c. Water
  • 8 oz. Water chestnuts, drained

Instructions

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add noodles, cook until light brown.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour into casserole or small tin container.
  5. Bake at 350°For 45 min.
  6. Serves 8
