Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 2 t. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs.
  4. Beat thoroughly.
  5. Stir in peanut butter, then add dry ingredients.
  6. Form into balls.
  7. Flatten with fork.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes.
