Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 t. red pepper flakes
  • 6 T. Dijon mustard
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 t. ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in Ziploc bag.
  2. Put tenderloin in and marinade for 2 days.
  3. BBQ until 146 degrees.
  4. Boil leftover marinade on the stove and serve over top of sliced pork.
