Ingredients
- 3 1/2 T. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 c. strawberries, crushed
- 1 box strawberries, whole
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and water so there are no lumps.
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Cook until it starts to thicken and add crushed berries.
- Cool.
- Pour a box of whole strawberries in a baked crust, then add the cooked mixture over them.
- Serve with whipped cream.
