Tropical Smoo
I get my frozen passionfruit from sprouts!

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Soy milk (or any milk)
4 dates, pitted
3/4 c. Frozen mango
1/2 c. Frozen passionfruit
1/8-1/4 c. Frozen spinach
3 tsp. Hemp seeds
1/4 c. Protein Powder (I use whey protein from Bob's red mill but it's not vegan!)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Water/ice if necessary
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender, adding more milk or water/ice until you get the vortex going on.
