Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Soy milk (or any milk)

  • 4 dates, pitted

  • 3/4 c. Frozen mango

  • 1/2 c. Frozen passionfruit 

  • 1/8-1/4 c. Frozen spinach

  • 3 tsp. Hemp seeds

  • 1/4 c. Protein Powder (I use whey protein from Bob's red mill but it's not vegan!)

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

  • Water/ice if necessary

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender, adding more milk or water/ice until you get the vortex going on.
