Ingredients
400 grams self-rising flour
50 grams caster sugar
100 grams butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
200 ml warm milk
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in butter.
Add lemon zest, juice, and milk. Probably adding milk gradually?
