Ingredients

  • 400 grams self-rising flour

  • 50 grams caster sugar

  • 100 grams butter

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 200 ml warm milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Cut in butter.

  3. Add lemon zest, juice, and milk. Probably adding milk gradually?
