Ingredients

  • STEP 1:
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. veggie oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. or 1 can(15 oz.) pumpkin
  • STEP 2:
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. baking soda(try dissolving in a bit of water first. We keep getting clumps)
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 t. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix Step 1 ingredients.
  2. Then combine Step 2 dry ingredients.
  3. Mix all together including vanilla.
  4. Bake at 350* for 25 minuted in a greased jelly roll pan.
  5. Cool.
  6. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting listed seperately.
