Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- STEP 1:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. veggie oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. or 1 can(15 oz.) pumpkin
- STEP 2:
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda(try dissolving in a bit of water first. We keep getting clumps)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix Step 1 ingredients.
- Then combine Step 2 dry ingredients.
- Mix all together including vanilla.
- Bake at 350* for 25 minuted in a greased jelly roll pan.
- Cool.
- Top with Cream Cheese Frosting listed seperately.
