Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 box Marie Callendar's croutons
- 1 lb. cooked sausage (e.g. Aidell's)
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 5 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In 9 x 13 pan, sprayr with Pam and sprinkle croutons.
- Add crumbled sausage (remove casings)
- Mix eggs with soup and mushrooms and pout over croutons and sausage.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour evenly over mixture and cover and refrigerate over night.
- Cook 350°For 35-40 minutes
- Sprinkle cheese over top--put back into oven until melted.
