Ingredients
- Shucked Oysters
- Corn Starch
- Eggs (beaten)
- Panko
- Oil
Instructions
- Rinse and chill oysters in cold water.
- Dredge in corn starch, then egg, then Panko.
- Deep fry in Canola oil.
- (Sue uses a small deep fryer) Fry, 6 at a time, for 4 minutes.
