German Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8-10 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
- 5 lbs red potatoes
- onion, chopped to taste
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in jackets, peel and dice.
- Combine vinegar and water, add sugar and flour.
- Bring to a boil stirring occasionally/ Pour sauce over potatoes.
- Add bacon.
