Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8-10 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 5 lbs red potatoes
  • onion, chopped to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in jackets, peel and dice.
  2. Combine vinegar and water, add sugar and flour.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally/ Pour sauce over potatoes.
  4. Add bacon.
