Ingredients
- Garlic (smash and chop fine)
- Olive oil 4 to 1 balsamic (1/3 cup)
- Gorgonzola piece
- Candied pecans emerald glazed
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Pulse garlic, add olive oil and gorgonzola and pulse in blender, 5-6 times.
- Chill while making salad with Spring greens.
- Serve salad with grapes cross-sliced, goat cheese, and candied pecans.
