Ingredients

  • Garlic (smash and chop fine)
  • Olive oil 4 to 1 balsamic (1/3 cup)
  • Gorgonzola piece
  • Candied pecans emerald glazed
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  1. Pulse garlic, add olive oil and gorgonzola and pulse in blender, 5-6 times.
  2. Chill while making salad with Spring greens.
  3. Serve salad with grapes cross-sliced, goat cheese, and candied pecans.
